本ポリシーは、モバイルゲームアプリ「星灯りの鏡」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
本アプリは開発者独自のサーバーを持たず、開発者がお客様の個人情報を収集・保存・送信することはありません。ゲームの進行状況・スコア・設定・アプリ内購入の状態などのデータは、すべてお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリは、不正な端末時刻の操作（1日あたりのプレイ上限などの回避）を防ぐ目的で、通信時に現在時刻の確認のみを行う軽量な通信を発生させることがあります。この通信では、個人を特定する情報の送受信は行いません。
本アプリは、ハート（プレイに必要な消費アイテム）の追加購入、および広告表示の解除を、Apple App Store / Google Play を通じたアプリ内購入で提供しています。購入手続き自体は各ストアのプラットフォームが処理し、決済情報（クレジットカード情報等）を本アプリや開発者が取得・保存することはありません。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google AdMob（Google LLC が提供する広告サービス）を使用しています。本アプリでは非パーソナライズ広告のみを表示する設定にしており、興味・関心に基づく広告のためのトラッキングは行いません。
ただし、非パーソナライズ広告の配信にあたっても、Google は広告の表示回数制限・不正防止などの目的で、デバイス情報（広告識別子、IPアドレス等）を処理することがあります。詳細は以下をご参照ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国のお客様には、法令に基づき、広告配信に先立って同意確認のメッセージが表示されます。
本アプリの通知は、お客様が明示的に有効化した場合にのみ使用される、端末内で完結するローカル通知（プレイのリマインド）のみです。サーバーからのプッシュ通知は行いません。通知はアプリ内設定または端末の設定からいつでも無効にできます。
本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・写真・マイク・カメラ等へのアクセスを一切行いません。
本アプリは全年齢向けであり、開発者が意図的に子どもから個人情報を収集することはありません。アプリ内購入を行う際は、保護者の方による確認画面（簡単な計算問題）を経てから購入手続きに進む仕組みを設けています。

This policy describes how user information is handled in the mobile game app "Mirror of Starlight" (the "App").
The App does not operate its own servers, and the developer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Game progress, scores, settings, and in-app purchase status are stored only on your device.
The App may make a lightweight network request to check the current time, solely to prevent abuse of device clock manipulation (e.g., bypassing daily play limits). This request does not send or receive any personally identifying information.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (additional "hearts," a consumable item required to progress, and removal of ads) through the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems. Payment processing itself is handled entirely by the respective platform; the App and its developer never collect or store your payment information (such as credit card details).
The App uses Google AdMob (an advertising service provided by Google LLC) to serve ads. The App is configured to show non-personalized ads only and does not perform interest-based tracking.
However, even for non-personalized ads, Google may process device information (such as advertising identifiers and IP address) for purposes like frequency capping and fraud prevention. For details, please see:
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom will be shown a consent message before ads are served, as required by law.
The App only uses local notifications (play reminders) that are scheduled on your device and only if you explicitly enable them. No server-based push notifications are used. You can disable notifications at any time from the in-app settings or your device settings.
The App does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
The App is suitable for all ages, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Before completing any in-app purchase, the App presents a simple parental-gate confirmation (a basic math question) to help prevent accidental purchases by children.
